How to use this resource:
You can...
• place the cards around the classroom for gross motor movement incorporation (tape the cards to surfaces),

  • Color the Room: Give student the CTR worksheet. Have students locate each card, coloring in the picture for each card they find.

Great Resource for my Kindergarten Class!

C

My students LOVE to do this activity. I love that it is differentiated so that my kids who can copy the words down do, and those who can't copy can trace. I also like this activity because it gets the kids up and moving around the room and practicing handwriting with out actually doing "handwriting" (if that makes sense). This has been an activity that I am missing doing this year because of COVID and how the kids at our school have to stay seated :( Hopefully next year!
