Refund policy

This Agreement shall commence and be enforceable with respect to each customer upon the date and time that the customer purchases a Product.

 

1. Digital Educational Resources | You-Print-It Resources

All sales are considered final and nonrefundable once an order is submitted, and Mrs. D's Corner does not offer any money-back guarantees on digital or you-print-it resources. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances.

Since our shop sells non-tangible digital products that you get immediate access to, they cannot be returned or exchanged. We sadly cannot issue refunds after the purchase is complete. 

 

You hereby expressly waive any and all claims you may have, now or in the future, arising out of or relating to the product(s) you purchase. To the extent that you attempt to assert any such claim, you hereby expressly agree to present such claim only in the state or federal courts that are geographically nearest to Pensacola, Florida.

Mrs. D's Corner makes no warranties regarding the performance or operation of the Product. Mrs. D's Corner further makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the information, contents, materials, documents, products, books, or services included in or through the shop. To the fullest extent permissible under the law, Mrs. D's Corner disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. 


2. Refund Policy for Stickers

Mrs. D's Corner accepts returns and cancellations on sticker purchases. Please contact Stephanie within 2 days of delivery of order. Item must be unused and in its original packaging when returned, and must be shipped back within 5 business days of date of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for a 30% restocking fee.

 

 

3. Refund Policy for T-Shirts

T-shirts are made to order and Mrs. D's Corner does not offer any refunds or exchanges on t-shirt purchases.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement of the order, but not after your order has been shipped.

Damaged or defective merchandise must be reported within 48 hours of its arrival. If you happen to receive a damaged or defective item, please email me at stephanie(at)mrsdscorner(dot)com. Once reported, the customer has 10 days to return the damaged merchandise. Once the merchandise has been received, a refund will be credited back to the customer. Any returned item must be unused and in its original packaging. If you received a damaged item, please notify Mrs. D's Corner by email for approval. We accept returns for damaged/defective or incorrect orders only.

4. Refund Policy for Rubber Stamps, Keychains + Additional Merchandise

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement of the order, as long as the order has not been shipped.
