Off the Beaten Track

This is an amazing resource. I love that it is digital and keeps the paperwork on my desk to a minimum. This also gives students the ability to add to the IEP.

I love this resource! It allows the students to really feel like they have an input on their meeting by telling me (case manger) about themselves in and outside of school. It also makes it easy to compare and see if we have multiple students struggling with, or worried about the same class. Students enjoy how simple it is and how straight forward it was and not long.
