I love this and how easy it is to adapt it to the things you need. My only problem is that the dividers were not editable so I could not make all the dividers that I needed. However, I still love this and will use it over and over again.

I'm a very organized person, and even before I made this purchase I had my own teacher binder. However, this purchase made me even more organized, and I love the theme design! I have mine organized with contacts (students, school extensions, district numbers) and schedules first (master, para's, students). Teaching at a high school, theres certain pages I didn't need, but I created my own. For example, in a high school, I'm responsible for a club organization, so I made a section for that and to also put the finances we have in that club. My binder is pretty stuffed, I'm using a 1 1/2 binder and will go no bigger as it goes with me to and from school on a daily basis. I use to have an Erin Condren Teacher Planner, but now I plan to use the calendar planner provided in this resource. I laminated the calendar, and use fine point colored sharpies. They come right off with a disinfecting wipe or magic eraser! This was an awesome resource!
