This was an extremely useful addition to my classroom. I do not provide traditional grades. This was a great way to translate what we are doing in the classroom to a rubric format.

I was struggling to make multiple rubrics for different students before I found this resource. This has been extremely helpful and time saving. The variety of rubrics allow me to differentiate better for each students level without being too time consuming.

These rubrics come in handy when I'm grading my students so parents can see how I arrived at the grade that I did.

I used this and adapted this to the needs of my students each year, and customized it according to their IEP goals and/or behavior needs. Recommending this to a colleague as I type this...

This resource helps our students learn that if they try, they can get some credit for their efforts. It also allows parents to see that accommodations and modifications are being followed as written in the IEP.

I have loved using these for my students. While they can be tedious to set up (in my opinion as sped teachers never have enough time and IEP meetings happen so often), they are invaluable both for grading and for submitting to parents so they have an idea of what I'm looking for from their child.
