I am so thankful for this resource. It is something that I've been able to put together so I know my paras are getting all the same general information, but I can also customize for each of their needs as well.

This is a very helpful tool when you have paraprofessionals in your classroom. It can be difficult to find time to sit down with them and go over everything. As well as when changes occur in the paraprofessionals in the classroom. This allowed me to break down the expectations and routines in the classroom so that no matter who is in my classroom they can reference to provide appropriate supports.

There are so many pages to choose from. These binders are a great way to organize expectations and procedures and forms for all adults that you work with. If there are any changes or a new adult comes into your room, this binder is a good thing for them to look over before jumping in a working with the kids.

I shopped all of the paraprofessional handbook resources available on TpT and this one is, by far, the most relevant one for my classroom needs. I have a lot that I want to include, independent of the AWESOME information you've included, so this is perfect for me. I was looking for something to help keep may paras organized. I was gifted with 7 paras this year and managing them and 15 students I needs some resources. This was usefully as a communication system since I don't have a lot of time to visit with each of them every day.
