The drag-and-drop activities keep students engaged, and the Google Slides format makes it easy to use in the classroom or at home. A great tool for building sight word recognition in a fun and accessible way!
During distance learning, many of my students used this resource as an independent activity, we paired it with their AAC device as they learned how to use the device more accurately or when the paras worked with them virtually, this was an activity they used in their rotation of activities. To this day we still use it in the classroom for the same times of days.
Very helpful for distance learning with my special education classroom, and for in person tutoring as an engaging option for direct instruction and data collection.

Very engaging and perfect for virtual learning!
I used all 3 versions of this for my students depending on their level. If they were able to do all 3 levels, I would assign this activity with all 3 levels as they liked showing off how much they knew. Making it a game for them made this even better. For my lower level students, completing the matching independently was nice. They had to say it as they moved it which solidified the way it sounded not just the way it looked. I did this when we were live streaming so I could hear what they were saying and correct them as needed.
