Excellent resource to teach sight words! Very engaging

I love the sight word reader and have been using them with the dolch set and fry set! The core set is a nice component to pair with our core word of the week! Students have repeated meaningful practice with the word and it provides a nice routine structured activity in our day!

I have a student with autism who is an emergent reader and who loves to cut and paste. She has been so excited to do the core vocab books we have started with. She doesn't have a lot of verbal language, but will read a simple text aloud, so this resource is great for emphasizing the core vocabulary we want her to be able to use. The resource would be even better for her if there was an illustration of the word instead of sign language.

This product is well organized for word study. I wish there was an option to print packets in each subject area instead of having to open each individual word. It is very time-consuming to open each word to print.

I love the books. I just only wish the visual for the words were core vocab pics instead of the sign for the word. However it is a great resource

These books are a great way to reinforce our core vocabulary word of the week. I use these books as part of a fun Friday rotation. It is easy to accommodate the task and add in supports for students who are emerging writing (writing the word in highligghter so it can be traced, having a near point model available, etc.).

This resource is wonderful! Great way to practice core words as well as fine motor skills and concepts of print! Because every book follows the same format, it is easy to build this routine into our daily instruction.

I didn't realize there was a difference in sight words versus core words. I purchased this one but thought it was just the sight word list one. My error. I am still eager to put them to use.

This will be great for all of my students to use this year! Easy to prep and easy to use!

I have been searching for something that would help my kids practice reading and writing their sight words, and I have finally found it! I love that this puts the words into a story and that it has the touch points under the words for the kids to touch as they read.
