Love incorporating reading with real life activties.
Such a great set! I love that you used books that are already popular in my class. The adapted pieces for the books helps us work on comprehension. I love the recipe and the vocab focus. And plenty of printables makes it easy to find ones that work for particular students.
My students loved this resource. It was great to introduce cooking, safety, literacy and teamwork.
Didn't have a need for all of the activities but used many of the retelling ones. The interactive read aloud questions paper was a lot for my low students but they enjoyed the cut and paste activities. Could use for multiple grade levels--different levels of activities.

I am trying to incorporate more life skills into my sessions and this resource makes it so easy to do just that!
