How do you recommend using this Present Level template?
Around 30-45 days before a child's upcoming annual IEP due date, copy the template and save it. This will allow you to edit the Present Levels outside of your IEP writing system and add information easily as you receive those questionnaires and input forms back from team members. Once it is completed, you can copy and paste what you've written into your IEP writing system.
